Woman Sings + Plays Moving Piano??

[LIVERPOOL!!!]

Probably about 4-5 years ago now, young woman, black hair (I think) sings and plays piano. I know in the video, she moves across town etc singing and playing the piano, and it starts and ends at her home...any ideas what song/ video I'm on about?? Thanks!!
