play station on a pc??

Hi, I've got a media center pc and want to play playstation on it.
the pc have a tv card and therefor an yellow, white and red jack at the front, "same as tv"
for some reason there's no av or aux buttons on remote or setting were i can select av to show the game via pc to monitor.
can any body help me please.
If you can plug your camcorder in it, surely you can do what i want to do, the tv card should function just like a normal tv,
