Kill Bill Query...

In Kill Bill pt1 we see a fantastic anime sequence that shows how O-Ren Ishii slaughtered various people and became the head of the Yakuza. In the part where her father is killed whilst she's under the bed is the man with the sword supposed to be Bill? He has similar rings on and looks alarmingly like David Carradine (who plays Bill). Or am I just reading far too much into it? Can't wait for pt2!!

Yeah i believe it is him, because Bill is actually meant to be a master with the Samurai sword.
