What is the name of that song on the bt advert where the people are going: 'We don't have to pay to talk!' The lyrics go a little something like: 'because there's something in the air, and you know I'm right' The same song was used for a British Airways ad a couple of years back.

Wow ok. I love that song, even though I've never even heard the full version, only on the tv through ads. Lovely bassline, nice melody and a really hopeful optimistic sentiment going through the song, even though I'm more into sad songs myself. Are his albums the same, or is he a one hit wonder?

The band was a side project for Pete Townsend who had recorded a song - 'Armenia City In The Sky' for the 'Sell Out' album. written by John 'Speedy' Keen. Keen played guitar and drums and sang. He was joined in the band by Jimmy McCulloch who went on to Vinegar Joe, and then Wings, and jazz pianist Andy 'Thunderclap' Newman who played honkytonk piano on 'Something In The Air, the band's Number One one-hit-wonder in 1970. They failed to capitalise on their success, Keen and McCulloch are sadly departed, and Mr Newman's whereabouts - despite the novelty of wearing a policeman's uniform on 'Top Of The Pops' - remain unknown.
