And then there was the notorious twitching incident. The players thought Martin Leslie, a team-mate who has a slight twitch, had been banned unfairly for a foul. They decided a suitable protest was a group twitch during the National Anthem, prior to their match against France. It was meant to be a tribute. The world looked on in astonishment at a team that looked like they were being periodically zapped by an electric current. With hindsight, perhaps a mistake?

"No," says Logan, but he looks uncomfortable. "Martin is a great person, a great team man. It was a tribute and he was crying; he was really emotional about it. Looking at it now, maybe we should... well, there's no point' we did it and that's it. There's no point in wondering whether we should or we shouldn't.
