'I'll Remember You' originally appeared as a bonus track on Elvis's 'Spinout' Soundtrack album. However, it was edited, missing the lovely Harmonica solo in the middle. The best place to get the full unedited version of 'I'll Remember you' is on the Elvis 60's Masters Box Set. You can get it for under £13 at the moment on Amazon.co.uk. (Originally about £60) It is a great CD set consisting of the best of Elvis's 60's studio output. Incidentally, it is my wife's favourite Elvis track. (She dosent like the edited version) What's missing from the Box Set is the 60's Soundtracks (half of which is rubbish, and his two 60's Gospel albums, plus the 68 Special) I know this is a very old post, and you probably know all this by now, but I answered it just in case you didn't ever find it. By the way, the other two Boxsets (50's and 70's masters) are well worth getting too. They were all originally £50-60 each, but since they were reissued a few year as slimline sets the price has come down. The 50's set is especially good, comprising of every single track of Elvis in the 50's (including some outtake's and live tracks) Hope this helps.
