Hi....
when i was younger i heard 2 different stories on how bob marley died, 1 was he had cancer the other was he died from gan green, but i never found out how he actually died, could someone please tell me?

Bob Marley died from cancer of the Brain, Lungs, Liver and Stomach on May 11 1981 He must have been in some agony

In July 1977, Marley was found to have malignant melanoma in a football wound on his right hallux (big toe).
