Girls Aloud the most successful girl band ever??

Ummm... now wasn't there a group called the Spice Girls who had umm... lots and lots of number ones and who have recently reformed and are doing a sellout tour?

No I'm not a fan of either, but Girls Aloud are NOT the most successful girl band ever.
