Song on the radio

I keep hearing a song on Xfm radio. It's quite melancholy and starts with what sounds like someone whistling. I've only heard it bit by bit and it's driving me mad. Colleagues at work keep whistling the opening bars but no-one knows what it's called. Can anyone help? Thanks!
