Please help I have the lyrics but not the Song Title!

I heard a song the other day at an aerobics class and love it - I now want it for my Ipod - I believes its an old 90's dance tune.

The lyrics are "and my heart just skips a beat" then its something like "from my head down to my feet"

Does anyone know the name of the song and who sang it?
