benicassim fib festival... help !!!

me and my boyfriend are going to a festival in benicassim next year ... we were looking for a hotel to stay at in benicassim last night but realised that people have got there before us and theyre all fully booked !!

the official website for the festival said try castellon as its only 20 mins away from benicassim but we only found 2 available hotels that were within our price range .... which by the time we can book them (can't at the moment cos of xmas - expensive!!) will probably not be available anymore... so basically does anyone know another place we could stay wherein we could travel to and from benicassim by bus/train fairly easily?

There is a regular train service from Valencia to Castellon, but the trains to Benicassim are a little sparse & wouldn't allow you to travel to & from the festival at the times you are likely to want to travel. There is a bus from Castellon to Benicassim, however festival blogs suggest that the "night" buses get cancelled for the duration of the festival.

Unless you can find accommodation in Benicassim (per BBWCHAT), you are going to be better off hiring a car.
