Which is the best singer-songwriter album?

Singer songwriters have made a comeback in Britain in recent years, particularly in the wake of David Gray's White Ladder album. But which was the best album? Was it Gray's effort, or perhaps Damien Rice's 'O', or someone more obscure like Scott Matthews? Or was it another album entirely, James Blunt even? What do you think?

Of all time.... Tea for the TIllerman by Cat Stevens

but I would have to say recently 'O ', I quite like Ray Lamontagne too but its not a jawdopping pleasure to listen to.

These are really good too but trying to break into a pretty competitive area I suppose.

Of the classics what about Neil Young's "After the Goldrush" ?

Yeah, Neil Young's 'After The Goldrush' is kind of a template for a lot of these new, far lesser in my opinion, 'singer-songwriters'.
