An Englishman, Irishman, Scotchman and a Welshman get caught by the enemy in a war.

They are to face a firing squad and the commander of the enemy grants them one last wish.

The Scotchman says..... "When I am shot, I want a Scottish band of bagpipes playing Brigadoon over the hills as loud as loud can be"

The Welshman says......"When I am shot, I want a Welsh mining choir to sing Danny Boy over the hills as loud as loud can be"

The Irishman says......."When I am shot I want the entire cast of Riverdance to dance an Irish gig as loud as loud can be over the hills"

The Englishman says....................."For Christs sake, shoot me first"
