Not all the songs on his World Tour of Scotland are sung by Billy Connolly. Most are sung by Ralph McTell.

The song is called The Island.
There is another song called Tangle of the Isles.

You can buy the soundtrack to this series on CD but it is becoming harder to obtain now. Amazon has an import.
