I Pod Nano Problemo

I have an I-Pod Shuffle, & recently have aquired an I-Pod Nano.

The problem is that I-Tunes won't recognise the Nano, only the Shuffle.

How do i fix this?

why don't you try deleting ITUNES from your computer and re-downloading it then attach your nano ONLY and see if the new ITUNES recognises it?

doesn't that mean they will lose all their tunes though?

Is your ipod shuffle itunes account on a desk top pc or a laptop ? Either way , you can open another account on a different pc and register your ipod nano to it. That is if you wish to use both . If you want to change your ipod to sole use of the nano then you can either open another account on another pc , or the same one and transfer your music and vids etc onto it xx
