it was in spanish i think (sounds like los machucambos or los paraguaios) with woman's leading singer and men in the background..
name of Sebastian Bach (or was it Juan Sebastian) was mentioned a lot in the lyrics, and in the end they just use the musical notes names (Do Re Me..)

I can only think of the French one called, Je,t'aime
song by Jane birkin and Gainsbourg, it was a very sexy song, some radios even banded it.

The song was released in 1969.
