Not sure how to answer this, but if we're talking about the UK singles chart, the number one for the whole of July (and indeed June) was that Umbrella...ella...ella..eh...eh...eh nonsense by Rihanna...anna...anna...ah...ah...ah shaddup already. The August number ones were Timbaland's The Way I Are, Robyn with Kleerup's With Every Heartbeat, and Kanye West's Stronger.

The only number one act in 2007 to meet the (4, 4) requirement was Take That, but they had their last number one (Shine) back in March.
