Some of you will remember I contacted Antoni Savage who played the dreadlocked stripper - I emailed him through his facebook and told him he had brightened my day with his performance on the Street.


I had a reply this morning this morning - I was very excited.


Until I read it:

My apologies Ethel - It is not your posts that ade me think that you were a man - I am sure that i read it in another post - I shall have to change my mental picture of you now. I'm thinking glamorous, late 30's - is that a bit closer?

I used to have Ken Dodds autograph when i was a little girl - he was having a meal in the restaurant that my brother worked in and he got it for me.
