After all the rubbish we see on x factor and pop idol tec why dont we have a programme where people from around the world compete to win a british passport?Lets face it thye could show us what skills they had to offer the country and be judged by the public.The phone i vote would be free because to enter the competition immigrants would need to pay a fee of �5000 each.This would provide money to pay for the freephone calls on the voting line .Thered also be no rigging of votes as the moneys already been collected before the calls have been made.So what special skills do you think would be best suited to a competitior ?What would make you vote for them?

If they have a useful skill/trade or are a doctor/teacher ect and can secure a sponsor then there shouldnt be a problem.

So what about all the brits who go off to France, NZ Spain....wherever to start buisnesses,make a better life for their families. There really aren't any borders any more...and it would not be realistic to stop immigration. As far as taking jobs...most ot the Poles in our cities are doing the crap jobs that lazy,unemployed brits are too 'proud ' to do......do any of YOU want to be a careworker??.....I think not..and would you do it for a crummy 5.52 an hour?? these jobs need doing-let in the people who WILL do them.
