Music for traveling

I'm going traveling for 6 months and I'm taking a 1GB ipod (about 200 songs) with me, does anybody have any suggestions of music and/or artists that I wont get totally fed up of when I'm away?
The kind of music I like tends to be rock and indie but I wouldnt mind some advice on chillout music aswell.

If you fancy something quite 'concept' with some dreamy music and deep thinking lyrics, try 'Yoshima battles the Pink Robots' by 'The Flaming Lips'. Nice to listen to if the sun is shining.
