How can I download songs safely? Dylan in particular.

I want to down load some Dylan songs now that I undertand that it is legal to do so. I have never down loaded music before, how do I do it safely? In particular how do I down load "No One SIngs The Blues Like Blind Willie McTell"

It is legal if you pay for your downloads. The site that was declared legal this week has had most of its support withdrawn.

If you are really strapped for cash - you can rent cds from your local library for a very small fee. This way the artist still gets paid. My library has a huge range of genre, spanning many decades. Maybe yours is as good.
