cant identify song

I used to listen and watch this song wen i was young on "the box" i can vaguely remember the lyrics, they went something along the lines of honey (or harmony) i want to be with u i want to (something) with u i want to (something something something). it was during the late mid to late 90s. the video was set in a strange garden there's alot of snow and some guy in a robe with a crystal ball and some girl up a tree. guy kinda reminds me of mr freeze from batman. anyway help would be appreciated. tried googling everything.
