Classic 80's/90's Soul Track

I've been trying to find a classic soul track. I think it's from the late 80's or the early 90's. The chorus goes "Your love... stay with you forever". I've just spent over an hour trying to find it online without any luck.

Any ideas?

Yeah sorry I forgot to mention female vocalist. Also there's a strongly distinctive trumpet loop. That's about all I have really.

that has a distinct brass section and a bridge that goes

I'm not sure if I've quoted the lyrics correctly. It sounds like what I said but after doing a search it could be "your love... always and forever".
