Hey Ya - Acoustic Guitar Version

I have the basic chords of G, C, D and E, but I'm having some trouble fitting them to the lyrics after the line 'Alright now fellas'. Does anyone know how to sing and play the whole song?
I'm basing this on the version by Obadiah Parker but I can't work it out from the youtube video.
