Most of the tarcks from the album the circus sounded fairly "circusy" - mainly bacause of the accordian sounds. The title track which got to no 6 in the UK has a circussy soud all the way through

Are you sure you're not thinking of Tunnel of Love, by Dire Straits? Not a major hit, but it uses a bit from Carousel as its intro
