1966 was not an Olympic year. Do you mean 1968?

"Wheels Cha Cha"-Joe Loss which was a revival of the the String-A-Longs' hit "Wheels"

The song for this was called "Mexico" by Paul Jones (I may be wrong with the artist -- I will check it)
I have tracked down the right artist "Mexico" by Long John Baldry
'1968 top 20 hit titled "Mexico", which was the official theme of the UK Olympic team in that year.'
