What is the song "Its Too Late" by The Streets all about? I have no idea!

just listened to it. i believe that it's about two friends, 1male 1female, that never get past that who mate thing and tell each other how they feel for one another. the line "she'd walked away....." may be something to do with her not wanting to wait and around for him to tell her and goes of with someone else and he wishes he'd told her how he felt. that's how i see it anyway!
