Is it true that Ed Tudor-Pole of Ten-Pole Tudor and The Crystal Maze 'fame' briefly fronted the Sex Pistols after John Lydon upped sticks to Pil?

Yes he did - (briefly), he also appeared in Harry Potter2 recently.
That was a particularly brief stint! One of the first post-Lydon Pistols singles, "Silly Thing", featured Eddie's version of "Who Killed Bambi" from the Great Rock'n'Roll Swindle soundtrack on the B-side.
I saw Tenpole Tudor on one of those Stiff Records tours back in 19somethingorother. Could it have been 25 years ago?
Ed Tudor - Pole appears in the Great Rock N Roll Swindle film singing the title song. He was also in the Sit-Com about a Courier company, he was the cycle courier.
