I have no idea the song title or the artist of this song

Ok so there is this song i heard a couple of years back and i don't remember anything about the song except for a few lines that go "There she goes walkin up the stairs in her flip flops" and it's a counrty song about summer and about this place that a guy owns and during the summer his granddaughter works there. help plz
