Just been in wee accident and the nastiest member of staff

Was out with one our service users today with another driver and someone ran in to the back of us!we thought we would have to towed but luckily we limped home., kept in touch with other staff to what was happening, i suffered a sore arm and neck soreness and the driver possibly whiplash!came back to this staff member dictating this and that,quite clinical and nasty, not bothered about us what we had just been through, i would have dealt with things with more compassion not opening my gob and being a arse needless to say i was a bit upset possible shock, so she ran to our senior complaining about what i said which was hardly anything cos if i had let loose i would have gone bananas and cant cos its the service users house,she is a young and spoilt princess after i did the paperwork with my colleague spoke to said senior about the way she was, to find she already spoken to her about me she like that has to run to teacher to get some support, i am struggling before this happened to get on with her and i feel i am getting know where voicing my concerns

in the words of a lady i work with she sounds like a right nasty pastie. she doesnt seem to care that you could have been seriously injured.

obviously our service user was our first priority she was ok,when we came back little miss numpty 23, was saying fill this in fill this out and why havent u done this, went to my senior about her cold and clinical and often demeaning attitude to just get placated as usual,i struggle to work with her, this trip 2day she would have nominated herself to go but she doesnt like the colleague she would have to go with thats why she said oh you will like to go on this one, still not except this will take it further but as usual nothing will change little miss funny fanny will get her way at work and at home!
