a couple of years ago there was a video on tv where the heads of the people where the heads of nodding dogs, french maybe? who was the artist, and what was the track called? Thanks

naa not basement jaxx, they were monkeys......nodding dogs is what im after....when i find it i'll realise its not as good as i thought it was!
