Yes. I did a Google search & found this info. "Clarence Fountain is the founding member. He formed the group when he was just ten years old. He is now 73 and has always had the same job. Clarence is blind. So are his fellow singers. The members of Blind Boys of Alabama formed at school. That school was the Talladega Institute for the Deaf and Blind in Alabama".
