There is a song, a dance tune from the nineties and I really want to know what its called.

The lyrics start something like this: Everybodys moving to the beat, music makes me want to move my feet, see I feel a need to get away, from the pain and pressure of today.

The chorus is something like: The DJ comes to my rescue, he throws a beat you got to move to.....
