Rude album from the 60's

[Northguard]

I'm trying to find a link to an album I saw online a few years ago. Can't remember the woman's name, but the album cover was of her partying I think with balloons. The songs all had double entendres, such as " if you can't find a nail to hang the picture, a screw will do" and "little boy blue let me blow your horn" Her first name may have been Mary, can't remember. Would love to find the album again as it was quite amusing.
