holiday entitlement

At the start of the year i was issued with a holiday card in my name for booking my holiday, that said i had 32.5 days entitlement, ive just been told that i actually should have 29,5 days entitlement as per the company policy - where do i stand as apparently company policy says one thing, yet i was issued with a holiday card stating a different amount of annual leave!

Sounds like a simple clerical mistake to me. If you are hoping to justify a challenge to maintain the 32.5 days figure, I don't think it will work.
