Does anyone know the name of the piece of rock music which is played behind the Hairy Bakers in the bread making programme (still available on iPlayer) when they are standing outside the windmill? It features a mandolin.

Thanks.

Rise by Public Image Ltd (what else for breadmaking?)

My bad. It's not Rise by PIL. That kicks in at around 10 minutes, but the track you want comes in at around 12 minutes.

Sorry cartoonist, I've wasted your time.

Many thanks, Judge. I knew I'd heard it somewhere, but couldn't think what it was (BBC replied they weren't allowed to tell me because of copyright laws?). Anyway, thanks again.

Oh, no worries. It was kind of you to reply anyway. I'm sure someone will know it. Cheers.

Many thanks, Mortartube. Regards.....
I was amazed to hear 'Castle In Clouds' from Gong's Radio Gnome Invisible Part 2, Angel's Egg, in the same episode. It was a guitar break played by Steve Hillage. Love those researchers, maybe there is a secret Gong fan there as the album sold zip!
