There was a hit called It's Over by The Funkmasters in 1983. Can't remember any lyrics though, so I'm not sure if this is what you're after.

Yes, that;s deffo the one. Where to get it though? Do a song search on Amazon? It was out in 83 so maybe some sort of compilation of that year. At the time it was on one of a chronological series of dance albums calles Streetsounds.
