I am experiencing problems with my internet which keeps crashing and my screen reverts to screen saver. There is no pattern sometimes it is OK for a long time and sometimes it crashes as soon as I enter. This message has taken me six attempts to send.
I have contacted VIRGIN who are my Broad band supplier as I thought it was a problem with their box but they have checked my signal and say it is OK, also if it was their equipment I would get a Message"INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEB SITE CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER"which I do not get. They say it must be a problem with my Software.
Hi, I will assume that your computer works ok for other tasks-word processing,looking at pictures etc. If so, the problem is possibly with your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, download and install Firefox, another browser, and try that. go here www.mozilla.com/firefox
