Right heres one for you lot, what percentage of you guys get along with your colleagues, I mean all of them including your boss?
I get on with nearly all my collegues but some are just down right off with me. Pour example, i needed to go into an office which i dont usually have to retrieve a key to do something. Now i did not knock as it was urgent, i just walked in and they all turned on me (well there were three people in there).
One i have had a run in with in the past and the other 2 are usually ok, well ones a bit off but that's his nature.
what would you do in that situation???
as i said i get on with most of them, theres only a few who can be a bit off but they have there good/bad days.

Where work it's a simple rule that if a office door is shut it means do not disturb.... if the door is open just walk in.

I get on with most people in my office. I work with over 100 staff. I did have bullying situation last year with an ex-boss but he was moved on due to further bullying of another colleague of a higher grade than him.

I don`t really work with anyone else. I only have 65 teenage lads for company and get on well with them.

They're not a bad bunch really, although some lack integrity. I suppose I struggle with that at times. In the end, I'm there for only four hours a day & accept that everyone has had different experiences in life & consequently see & do things differently.

I try and get on with everybody I work with, mainly cos I feel like I spend more time at work than at home. Its hard though when it is 90% women,some of who have to get involved an arguements that have nothing to do with them, and stop speaking to each other. Unless it directly involves me I am not that interested.
I would love to be self employed like Jayne
