This is a long shot, I've tried mtv and radio 1 uk top 40 and can't find it.
I basically describe this song as the 'mm' song as there are no clear lyrics.

It is a dance track with a male computerised voice.
without singing this it is quite difficult.

"mm, oh, *something* i -e- mm"

over and over.
similar genre and release date of eric prydz - pjano.

Does anyone know the song on Hollyoaks yesterday (22nd oct) that mentioned 'walking in the rain'
