Hi, I'm having a really bad time trying to figure out how to do this & I need literally a step-by-step guide.

I have an LG Chocolate KG800 & a USB cable.
Prev. answers have stated that I plug phone in to pc & then drag & drop music.
BUT, where do I get the music & how do I do this.
I have no idea & it's baffling me!!
