opera music in "Hannibal"

recently watched "Hannibal" - (where hes appointed curator of the Museum),,,set i think in Florence, Italy.
There is a scene where the police chief (Pattzi..?? ) takes his wife to the Opera.........id like to know "what is the aria/opera that is featured for those few minutes....." ??
