I'm always intrigued as to whether youngsters go on to greater things when featured in videos, films, etc With that in mind, does anyone know what became of.......
a) the little child that Roy Wood held in his arms at the end of the video for "I Wish It Could Be Xmas Every Day"?
or
(the next two are not music I know, but the theme was "set" and I couldn't see the point in posting two similar questions in two different sections! sorry if that annoys anyone!)
b) the two kids in the Bird's Eye Beefburger adverts in the 70s (the boy's character was "Ben", I believe)?
or
c) the girl in an ad (from the 70s again, I think, although the product escapes me) who said "my mummy says when I grow up I'm gonna be a proper little madam!"?
There was a programme on a couple of years ago which featured the now grown up children from the Wizzard video. I'm fairly sure that none of them had because famous, just ordinary people who happened to feature on that one video.
The answer to c) is ALISON RUFFELLE, who's acting career is now on the back-burner while she runs a successful actors' agency. Alison is the sister of actress Frances Ruffelle, who's best-known from musicals such as Starlight Express and Les Mis. Their mother is Sylvia Young who has a famous theatre school in London. Far from being a 'proper little madam', Alison grew up to be a delightful lady!
