I don't have an authorative answer on this, but I seem to remember them doing "Reet petite" around about this time.

Just to confirm this, direct from the "Music Lovers Bible" (aka Guinness British Hit Singles) Pinky and Perky got to No47 around May / June 1993 with "Reet Petite".  The track spent 3 weeks in the Top75.

 

I like bacon butties with loads of tomato sauce on top, mmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !!!

 

Rumours to the effect that Pinky and Perky were related in anyway to The Piglets (who had a No3 hit in 1971 with Johnny Reggae) is said to be absolute HOGWASH.
