Free fake doctors excuse note, why would they print or give it away?

Here is a site with a free fake doctors note. TeamAmeriDream
I just do not understand why they would just give it away when everyone else is making money.
This is just some- pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and this appreciation is extended to each and every client. We have been helping people, just like you, for years. We have an unsurpassed rate of satisfaction. As a student or as an employee, you have rights. We just help you take advantage of your rights. We are a professional organization and you deserve nothing but the best. Our fake doctors' note is all you need to safely be excused. They meet or exceed the requirements of all governing authorities. We do all the work, there is no editing, just simply print it out. There are other fake medical excuses but ours is the only one that can actually be verified.
Here is the part that gets me-
We are so confident in our certificate of excused absent: we will provide you a link to our competitors excuse. Yes, you can have a free fake doctors note. This is not ours and we do not recommend it. It is definitely note verifiable nor is it as professional as ours. Use it at you own risk, it's your future. Just click here. When you get into trouble with it, remember there was a better one available but you chose the free one.
The name of the site is TeamAmeriDream,
I guess you can not beat free, so should I even care? Please, anyone.

Think about it; you print off the free fake one; it doesn't work (because it's crap). You then think, "oh, I'd better buy the 'professional' one then". You pay the company, print off the 'professional' one; it doesn't work (because it's still crap). Tough luck; the internet company have $10 of your money, and you have a piece of worthless paper and some explaining to do to your boss.
Good scam, though; I especially like the 'getting out of Jury Service' letters! Wonder how much money these scammers make?
