Looking title of song in a workout DVD

I recently started doing the Richard Simmons 80s Blast Off workout DVD. During the cool down section at the end, there is a song and I've been trying to find it everywhere with no luck at all.

A guy sings it, and some of the words are, "do you believe in me like I believe in you, you're my best friend" or something pretty close to that.

Does anyone know what this song is?? I ran out of search ideas and still haven't figured it out.
