At last some positive action taken against these pirates. But isn't it too little too late?
The photo of the liner puts into perspective the height of deck above sea level. How on earth do these small pirates ships get close enough to use a ladder to scale over the ship's rail?
They were thwarted by six Israeli security guards, who fired pistols and fire hoses at their attackers.
The pirates chased the 670ft-long ship for another 20 minutes, firing at it constantly, as they cruised in the Indian Ocean 200 miles north of the Seychelles.
Perhaps if the Israeli security guards had completed the job while they had the chance, the pirates would not have been able to take this further action.

Just a few rope ladders, a couple of Kashnikovs and they are made for life. The West gave in too early and should maybe have sacrificed some innocent lives so that blackmail did not work. At last we have woken up and the slum dog millionaires will find it harder in future.
