Of course Legend ought to be reinstated. The poster did not warrant banning in the first instant.

He has had some very serious accusations levelled at him and has defended himself to the best of his ability, given the limitations of this site.

I must admit. were I in his position, I am not sure that I would want to return to the site without some assurance from the Editor/Spare Editor that he would not be 'scapegoated' any further.

All that I am requesting from the Ed/SE is parity of esteem and the same generosity of spirit be extended to other posters who have in my opinion committed iniquities much greater than Legend!
