Hi
I want to get rid of my time share in Florida. We will not use it again, and the maintainance is hard to find each year. Does anyone have suggestion as to a company that can be trusted? I get cold called by the month asking to sell but all want money, and once bitten twice shy.

If you can take the hit and the ts company allow it they might let you just hand the keys in so to speak.

Anyone who defaults on their maintainance on ours automaticly looses it.

Ask them if they are willing to take the time back at no cost to you or will buy it back.

RCI might buy it or Nexus might.
If it is part of a club system (typically on an 80 year agreement) you are best off just declining to pay the maintenance and losing it. These things are worth alsolutely ziltch on the open market right now.
If you hold title to a part share in the freehold, it isn't simple because you can't just give it back.

Thank you both for your time sending helpful advice.
I have contacted Florida, and they will accept it back as a gift.
I have also contacted Interval International to see if they feel they can make an offer.
Either way I don't get to pay maintainance in January.
Thanks again
