Hi does any body know who sang riders in the sky i think it was released early sixties my searches lead me to jonny cash, i\'m quite sure he did the same song but not the original singer. Stan Joes wrote it but did not sing it can anybody help with my little puzzle thanks in advance. piston

Actually, if you mean Ghost Riders in the Sky, it was first recorded here in the U.S. by soloist Vaughn Monroe in 1949, but popularized by The Sons of the Pioneers shortly after that. The original Sons of the Piloneers was a back up band for Roy Rogers, clear back in 1933...
